He is an experienced professional in the field of trusts and the establishment of foundations of supranational bodies and entities and is active in the field of assistance to non-profit entities and associations acting as a board member and auditor for numerous entities.

In 2009, he founded MM & Associati, which in 2018, thanks to the merger with the law firm Fina-Rota, became TL Partners.
