From 1 June 2022, Tax & Legal Partners has started a collaboration with VTN Avvocati Associati, a Bologna-based boutique specialized in legal consultancy in the fields of Assets, Trusts, the Third Sector and Art Law.

Through this agreement, TL Partners thus strengthens its Asset management and family businesses practice which is enriched with new skills in the field of the third sector and art law under the guidance of the founding partners of VTN Annapaola Tonelli and Carla Nassetti.

Tonelli has been dealing with trusts since 1999 and has created very innovative projects for public bodies, non-profit organizations and art collectors. Nassetti is, on the other hand, specialized in the use of legal instruments for the protection and/or management of assets, such as the trust and the destination restriction pursuant to article 2645 ter of the Italian Civil Code. in the family sphere.

Thanks to the collaboration with Tax & Legal Partners, the VTN Law Firm acquires two new practices to assist its clients on issues of insurance law and labor law, which refer to Giuseppe Maria Fina and Cristina Rota, founding partners of TL.

The collaboration involves the opening of an office in Bologna for TL Partners and an office in Milan for VTN.
