TL – Tax & Legal Partners continues its growth path and announces the entry of Sabrina Cerinotti as Partner of the Firm.

Cerinotti provides tax consultancy aimed above all at small and medium-sized enterprises. She is an expert accountant, she specializes in support in the field of tax compliance, at a national and international level, also in relation to tax litigation.

In the corporate sphere, she offers her support in extraordinary transactions. She is able to understand the specific business needs, she also assists her clients on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing them tailor-made tax support, selecting the most suitable tools for the prevention and eventual resolution of corporate problems.

In the past you have collaborated with numerous professional studios in Milan and Varese. Among the institutional tasks, it should be noted that she participated, as a member, in the Tax Litigation Commission and in the Commission for Public Entities and Companies at the Order of Accountants of Milan. Since 2016 she has also held the position of external councilor for the budget and taxes at the Municipality of Carugate.

With the arrival of Cerinotti, the number of Partners of the Firm rises to seven which, after the integration of CSA Consulting, now has more than twenty-five professionals.
