The Tax & Legal Partners firm is pleased to announce the entry into its team of Pierpaolo Sali, as of Counsel at the Codogno office of the Firm.

Pierpaolo is mainly active as a statutory auditor for listed companies as well as national and international groups. A twenty-year and diversified experience gained over time thanks to the collaboration with companies operating in multiple sectors but with a focus in the fields of fashion, advertising, manufacturing and chemical-pharmaceutical.

Enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Municipality of Milan, he also carries out technical consultancy for the adaptation of companies to the new code of business crisis and insolvency.

Alongside companies to prevent and limit the risk of accounting irregularities, he has also developed considerable experience in the forensic field, both in the case of audits, in fraud detection activities as well as in due diligence processes.

Partner of IAS – International Audit Service, in the past he also collaborated with PWC – PricewaterhouseCoopers holding the role of Senior Auditor and Audit Supervisor and was administrative director of Mediacom, a company of the WPP group, world leader in the advertising sector.
