We are pleased to announce the entry into our team of Cassation lawyers Camilla Cozzi (in the photo on the left) and Corinne Ciriello (in the photo on the right), both as of Counsel.

Camilla mainly deals with family law, minors and succession law in its various meanings: from cases of adoption, separation, divorce, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation contracts, name change and sex change up to the will and the constitution and trust management for the “After us” as well as for intergenerational transitions.

You are also a member of the Italian Association of Family and Person Lawyers (AIAF), of the Italian Association of Collaborative Law Lawyers (AIADC- International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) as well as of the Association il Trust in Italy.

Corinne has gained consolidated experience in the field of civil liability, with particular attention to medical liability and contracts. At the same time, you deal with the defense of the taxpayer in the field of tax law both in administrative and judicial proceedings.

You have also acquired extensive expertise in the management of problems relating to condominium law, real estate and real rights and provide advice and legal assistance aimed at recovering debts both out of court and in court. You belong to the North Milan Entrepreneurs Association.

With the arrival of Camilla and Corinne, TL Partners strengthens its legal offer both in relation to the Family office and trust department – with a specific focus on the activities of the Family Business Unit – as well as the Real Estate department.
